Swiss Watch celebrates its 20th anniversary with Art of Time

The 7th Art of Time installation, Swiss Watch’s signature watch event, will take place by October 31, 2021 at the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur – don’t miss it!

As the city comes to life after the lockdown, Swiss Watch is making its glamorous presence felt with the Art of Time event, which takes place at the Kuala Lumpur Pavilion. From October 18 to October 31, 2021, watch enthusiasts will be able to enjoy an immersive showcase of some of the most innovative and limited-edition timepieces on display.

The Art of Time exhibition also marks 20 wonderful years of Swiss watch milestone in the watch industry – having brought two decades of passion and dynamism to the luxury watch community in Malaysia and beyond.

Launched in 2011 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Swiss watch, the Art of Time exhibition serves to justify Valiram’s prowess as a specialty retailer while celebrating the people and partner brands who have played a central role in the success of the business as a multi-faceted retailer. .

The entrance to the exhibition features time-inspired mixed art installations by local artists Anniketyni Midian and Nor Tijan Firdaus.

In commemoration of this milestone anniversary, Swiss Watch has elevated the Art of Time experience with a collaboration with two Malaysian artists – Anniketyni Midian and Nor Tijan Firdaus, both of whom are highly respected on the local art scene. As innovators and agents of change, Anniketyni and Nor Tijan brought ‘time’ to life with individual interpretations of time through their unique art form and crafts.

The art installation can be seen at the entrance to the Art of Time exhibition, taking a masterful game of mixed media with a penchant for sustainability. Open to the public, the 4,273 square foot lobby is converted into an immersive gallery – inspired by Piazza del Campidoglio in Rome. Both sides of the exhibition space include five elegant and private booths that tap out outward, each uniquely designed to be inviting and welcoming.

Visitors and customers can expect to see a dazzling showcase of watches from top brands such as Arnold & Son, Bell & Ross, Breitling, Graham, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Tudor, Ulysse Nardin and Zenith.
